Our planning and zoning department is lead by former Lee County Zoning Department employee and our Vice President, Fred Drovdlic, AICP. He understands the system and the land development code at an expert level. He has been a certified planner since 1999 and has over 10 years of planning experience.
In April 2008 we added Joseph Kelley, a certified Planner with 15+ years experience in southwest Florida, and Lee County native. He also brings a Landscape Architect license enhancing our concept plans and planning abilities.
Our planning staff are procedurally diligent and enjoy a reputation for producing high quality work. We make every attempt to foster a reputation of cooperation and fairness with the local Boards, Agencies, elected officials and affected property owners. Our reputation creates an atmosphere of mutual trust resulting in a better product for you and better planning for the county.
