Quattrone & Associates, Inc. (QAI) are expert zoning agents, land use planning and land development code consultants for southwest Florida. We lead you from concept to approved entitlements.

 

 

Leadership

We are a capable, responsive firm lead by two AICP certified planners, each with 15 years of experience.

Our planning and zoning department is lead by former Lee County Zoning Department Senior Planner, Fred Drovdlic, AICP. He understands the system and the land development code at an expert level. He has been a certified planner since 1999 and has nearly 15 years of planning experience. Fred now wears another hat, he was promoted to Vice President of QAI in early 2007.

 

In April 2008 we added Joseph Kelley, a certified Planner with 15+ years experience in southwest Florida. He is a third generation horticulturalist and Lee County native. He also brings a Landscape Architect license enhancing our concept plans and planning abilities.
