In September of 2008 the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers signed a lease with us. They are occupying 1,200 square feet of our office while their new office is going through design and permitting.
Speaking of . . . we are very pleased to have been hired for the civil design and permitting of the new office building. The Authorities new offices will be located next to the Renaissance Preserve Senior Center and housing development that will part of the renovation of the Flossie Riley housing complex. ►More

The grand opening of our new office, held on August 15, 2008, was a great success because of the 150+ people who attended. We wish to thank those who were able to spend Friday evening with us and make the night a lot of fun. We appreciate your support. We are pleased to announce the newest member of our team, Joseph Kelley. "Josh" is a licensed Landscape Architect (ASLA) and and Certified Planner (AICP). He brings a wealth of experience and abilities. Josh is QAI's first full-time Landscape Architect expanding our capabilities and services. He is also our second certified planner to assist with the many zoning and planning projects underway. ►More
We don't need all the space in our new building just yet. We constructed the building with sub leasing in mind. We have available a 780 s.f. - 1,200 s.f. work area with private entrance and security. Contact Lisa Quattrone: 851.1798.
The building is move-in ready for a tenant as of June 2008.
