QUATTRONE and Associates, Inc. Office Building

QAI designed and permitted its company headquarters located at 4301 Veronica Shoemaker Boulevard near the burgeoning VSB/Colonial Boulevard intersection in South Fort Myers. The new space will be 5,700 square feet allowing us to continue growth from our current 16 employees up to 27, while also creating a more efficient and effective work space.

 

Services performed as part of the project:

        QAI served as the lead site and building designer.

        Permitted the site and performed all civil work.

 

 

Plantation Professional Center

Integrity Design Services, Inc. contracted with QAI to design, permit and provide construction supervision for their design building project located in the Plantation Professional Center. This site consists of 7 medical office buildings totaling 28,624 S.F.

Services performed as part of the project:

        Lee County Development Order

        Acquiring a SFWMD Environmental Resource Permit Modification

        FAA permit required due to proximity to the children’s hospital.

        Lee County Utilities permit

        Post design and inspection services

        Designing a left-turn lane on Bonita Beach Road in accordance with FDOT requirements; and

        Post design and inspection services.

United Rentals – Plantation Blvd.    

The nation wide heavy equipment rental company United Rentals contracted with QAI to engineer a 4.15 ac site. This site not only serves as a sales office but also doubles as a storage yard to house construction equipment. The sales office consists of 10,200 S.F of office with 1,200 S.F of 2nd floor mezzanine storage.

 

Being located in a previously permitted industrial subdivision made this project very easy site to permit and design, requiring only a Lee County Development Order and a South Florida Water Management Environmental Resource permit modification. The design and permitting process for this site was less than 5 months.
