Coast Hospital. The building completed construction in early

Rental Sales and Open Storage
The nation-wide heavy equipment rental company United Rentals contracted with QAI to engineer a 4.15 acre site. The site serves as a sales office and a storage yard to house construction equipment. The sales office consists of 10,200 square feet of office with 1,200 square feet of 2nd floor mezzanine storage.
The
design and permitting process for this site was less than 5
months. As part of an industrial subdivision we were able to
obtain a Lee County Development Order and a South Florida
Water Management Environmental Resource permit modification
efficiently.
