Meet QAI Team Member . . .
 Asheley Mass

Asheley has been doing permitting in the civil engineering field for approximately 7 years; in that time, she has mastered the permitting procedures for Lee County, the City of Fort Myers, City of Cape Coral, SFWMD, SWFWMD, ECWCD, FDOT, FAA, Lehigh, Port Charlotte and Sarasota just to name a few. She started her permitting career 7 years ago with a small firm as a receptionist and was soon promoted to the company’s permit coordinator. Since that time Asheley worked on increasing her permitting knowledge and versatility; as well as, branching out to more and more municipalities.

 

At QAI Asheley focuses on doing the site construction permitting for all municipalities, as well as assisting with the zoning/planning cases for the City of Fort Myers and the City of Cape Coral. Her previous experience also includes doing utility permits for agencies such as, Lee County Utilities, F.G.U.A., HRS, DEP and several others. She also assists in hiring and interviewing administrative staff and has been a vital part of training as well.

Permitting Manager

Preparing all permit application packages for both site construction and city zoning/planning cases; Design and implementation of permit tracking software.

She is currently attending Edison Community College as a junior finishing up her A.A. and plans to continue schooling at a university with intentions on becoming a corporate lawyer. She has maintained a 3.5 GPA and higher during her studies with Edison. Asheley has a daughter who was born Healthpark back in 2000. She grew up in Irving, Texas just outside of Dallas and moved to Florida with her mother when she was 16. Asheley just recently purchased a home in Cape Coral and plans on staying in the area for several more years.
